ARTIST RESIDENCY

Working with pupils in a junior school. We made metre square boards, each using different mediums, to explore ideas around the five senses. Work ending in an exhibition and then permanent display in the school. Including mosaics, textiles, recycled art and 3D art.

THORESBY FOOTPRINT - COMMUNITY PROJECT

Working over a period of three months with the school, pupils and local young people. Transforming their space that is used by various members of the local community as well as being the playground within school hours. Everyone worked very hard to design and make the new space using murals, floor painting and mosaics

Building confidence and new skills during workshops. Giving new experiences to young artists

ART WORKSHOPS WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Using different art forms I try to make the workshops as inclusive as possible for all abilities. I enjoy trying to trigger responses from the different senses.

MURAL WORKSHOPS

Working with adults to give ideas on how to do large scale murals, giving them the opportunity to practice techniques. A group of adults with learning difficulties also joined in and help finish painting the final piece.
